• We do not charge any fees for making your reservation at the hotel. If you cancel or change however, we need to charge you a fee of 7.- US$ (Administrative Charges). For details please see below.
• We confirm all individual reservations through e-mail in 3 working days.
• Usually, we invoice credit card companies 3 business days before your reservation starts - for details read your reservation confirmation email. Please keep in mind that when you receive a confirmation, we first check with the credit card companies that your credit card is valid. At that point the amount for your reservation is BLOCKED (not charged) on your credit card. The credit card company charges you only when it received an invoice from us - which is about 3 working days before the reservation starts ( depends on hotels/season requirements ).
• In case the service(s) you have purchased is (are) mishandled, we will replace it with an equivalent or higher type(s) of service(s).

Delivery of Travel Documents

• For delivery of Travel Tickets and Vouchers you will be charged according to DHL (IMS) tariff

2. Payment by Bank Transfer:

The full payment of your travel arrangements is usually required
